Logic Seminar a Great Success!

Cherry Beach School of Music along with Cherry Beach Sound hosted their first day-long Logic Pro 8 Seminar. It was a great success, drawing several out of town guests into the classroom in Cherry Beach Sound’s Control Room A.

The seminar focused on the introduction and the process of creating, recording, and editing audio as well as MIDI within Logic Pro 8. This permitted students to engage in a one-on-one learning experience with Apple Certified Logic Trainer, Aaron Collier. Aaron is a member of the award winning Canadian musical act, The Jimmy Swift Band. He has co-written and co-produced three studio albums as well as a live recording and has performed score compositions for short films and television.

Cherry Beach School of Music and Cherry Beach Sound look forward to hosting many more successful seminars in the near future.

Rene

One of our current students at the Cherry Beach School of Music is a talented vocalist by the name of Rene. She has been studying songs for an upcoming recording project at Cherry Beach Sound. Taught by our wonderful voice instructor, Franziska Beeler, Rene is showing great skill, development, and technique. She truly has a voice of her own and we are very eager to see what she will produce in the near future.

We are very lucky to have Swiss instructor, Franziska Beeler, as a part of the team at the Cherry Beach School of Music. She has an immensely impressive track record and has worked with acts such as the increasingly popular indie band, Tokyo Police Club.

We are increasingly in awe of the budding talents that enter our facility each week. Keep up the great work everyone!
